FAQ
Browse practical answers about Bioby.ai for brands, agencies, and the platform as a whole.
Start with your product, target market, budget, and the kind of creator content you need. If you have a brief or example creators, share those too. We can discuss any requirements you are still working out.
Bioby searches 500M+ creator profiles in real time, with 7M reachable creators and 250K+ already connected. Most contact details come from the business email creators list publicly on their TikTok, YouTube or Instagram profiles; some come from creators who signed up or applied with us.
Bioby screens and contacts creators before presenting candidates with pricing discussed during outreach. Content format, publishing dates, usage rights, and revisions are aligned before the collaboration is confirmed.
Once pricing and terms are confirmed, Bioby helps coordinate the agreed scripts, videos, review feedback, and publishing. Script arrangements and revision scope can vary by creator and are discussed before collaboration.
Bioby uses a transparent 15% base service fee + X% value-added service fee structure per creator order. Creator quotes are passed through with zero hidden markup; the 15% base fee covers the end-to-end Agent workflow, and the X% value-added fee is scoped case by case for negotiation difficulty, payment terms, fulfillment guarantees, and overall campaign planning.
Creator rates and deliverables are confirmed before the collaboration starts. Creators are paid at the milestones agreed in each deal, usually within 10 days of the content going live; some collaborations hold the payment in escrow first.
