About slow replies
Some of our replies were too slow. We're sorry.
Over the past few months, the number of brands running campaigns with us has grown much faster than we planned. Our Agent handles most of the routine work, but some steps still need a person, and right now we don’t have enough people.
That means some of you sent a rate and heard nothing back, or shared an address and waited days for an update. That’s on us, not on you.
We’re adding people and automation so every creator email gets a reply as soon as possible. If you’re still waiting, reply to the original thread and nudge us.

Our promises
Things we will never do.

Never charge you
No signup fee, deposit or service fee. Anyone asking you to pay in Bioby’s name is not us.

Never ask for credentials
We will never ask for bank passwords, account logins or verification codes.

Address = samples only
Your shipping address is used only to send campaign samples.

Bioby pays you
Bioby pays your fee on the brand’s behalf, per the contract terms.

Not sent from bioby.ai?
Our campaign emails go out from several official domains. If in doubt, paste the full sender address into our verify tool.
Why did someone else reply?
One campaign may be handled by a few teammates in turn. The brand and the offer stay the same.
Offer lower than my rate?
The brand sets the budget. You can counter or say no, with no consequences either way.
Can the terms change?
Exclusivity and usage rights come from the brand. Tell us what you can’t accept and we’ll pass it on as-is.
Quoted, then silence?
Usually the brand is still deciding or has paused, and sometimes we were simply slow. Reply to the thread to nudge us.
Shared my address, then no shipment?
Brands decide where they ship, sometimes only after addresses are collected. Sorry for the wasted step.
